How does this work? Do you do phone calls or in person?
Great question! All of the initial planning, designing and consulting is done via phone & video chat. If you work with us for our bundle package our team comes on site to your venue to install the rooms!
Why is this service needed if I have an Architect?
Totally understand why this is a question. There are a lot of venues that have been built without the knowledge of what the industry actually needs to create the correct floorplan and design. This is what really sets apart the good venues from the bad. We are a team of wedding industry professionals. We are Coordinators, Photographers, Bar managers, Builders, and Event pros. We understand what is required for good flow and good vibes for your venue and we want you to succeed. We're here to work with you and your Architect and help translate the gaps between the industry and good design.
What if I already have a name and logo?
That's ok. We know one of the things that venue owners want to do is name your venue. BUT, if you aren't married to the name or you haven't gotten there yet, we would love to help you think about it in a well rounded way first. You might surprise yourself that finding a name that feels a way really means a lot to you and your clients.
How does the furnishings part work?
Great question! We build a budget with you, then we design your rooms (showing and talking with you each step of the way), we order the furnishings and we come install them. Fun fact, our team also has a table package where they hand craft your tables (they fold up!!!) so that they are beautiful, functional, and all yours.
