There are other coordination companies close to my venue, why would I want to add this package for my couples?

Offering in-house Coordination packages for your couples is so much more than additional profit for your venue. Who better to understand the flow for guests, the location for the DJ, the timing for the Ceremony and the location for the dancefloor, then you-the venue? We will teach you how to build the timelines, the floorplan, the meeting questions for your clients, day of management techniques, and so much more. Utilize your in-house decor, your relationships with vendors and know that it's going to be set up in a way that makes sense for both you and the guests.

How does the course work and what is included?

Once you sign up for our coordination service, you will receive a self-paced workbook. This course takes about 8 week and includes assignments and real life scenarios. We provided templates for coordination meetings with couples, vendor management, layout examples, and timelines. Over 8 weeks, you will sign up for bi-weekly meetings with one of our coordination pros. During this time, we will review assignments, answer any question and provide advice for moving forward. We also provide the option of an onsite visit to get real hands on experience and learn from the pros during a coordination wedding. This is optional but included with the program. However, lodging and food is not included and would be at your own expense.

When should I take this course?

Whenever! Since this course is self paced, you can truly start and finish when it works best for you. However, we recommend the best time is during your off-season so you can focus on building your coordination and develop your plan before the season begins.

There are so many benefits to adding in-house coordination as a venue owner. Not only does it offer another level of service to clients but provides a profitable revenue stream.
